Employer Beta Access | Complimentary by Invitation

Explore a different approach to talent discovery through our behavior-first workforce marketplace, powered by DEMA Health Ltd Co. This complimentary beta package provides participating employers with access to de-identified Talent profiles, behavioral insights, career interests, experience, skills, work preferences, and other information to support candidate discovery and hiring consideration.

Employers can search available Talent, review behavioral information, post job opportunities, and identify individuals whose natural behavioral tendencies and stated qualifications may be compatible with their workforce needs.

Important Information Regarding Talent Profiles

Information displayed in Talent profiles, including education, employment history, experience, skills, certifications, credentials, and other personal or professional qualifications, is self-reported by the individual Talent participant and has not been independently verified by DEMA Health Ltd Co or any of its affiliated organizations, unless expressly identified as verified.

Behavioral insights are generated through our licensed behavioral assessment technology and should not be interpreted as verification of employment qualifications, credentials, background history, or suitability for a particular position.

Employers remain responsible for conducting their own interviews, reference checks, background screenings, credential verification, and other appropriate hiring evaluations.

Future Verification Services

As the marketplace expands, select packages may include independently verified information, screening services, or additional Talent evaluations. The availability and scope of these services will be identified within the applicable package.

Beta Access: Complimentary for participating employers during the promotional beta period. Features, availability, and pricing may change following the beta.

Employer Beta Access Terms

Complimentary employer access is available by invitation for a limited 90-day evaluation period. Each participating employer may post up to 10 legitimate employment opportunities and access approved, de-identified Talent profiles for authorized recruitment purposes.

Employer access is intended exclusively for evaluating potential candidates for genuine employment opportunities. Bulk data collection, automated scraping, resale or redistribution of Talent information, sharing accounts with unauthorized parties, and attempts to identify or contact Talent outside approved platform procedures are prohibited.

Talent information is self-reported unless expressly identified as verified. Employers are responsible for independently evaluating qualifications and conducting any legally appropriate employment screening.

DEMA Health Ltd Co reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse, privacy violations or noncompliance with marketplace requirements.

Complimentary access expires at the end of the beta membership period unless expressly extended. No paid subscription will begin automatically without the employer’s authorization.
