Behavior-First Talent Discovery

Be Discovered for More Than Your Resume.

Create a de-identified Talent profile that brings together your experience, qualifications, work preferences, and behavioral information so participating Employers can discover more of what you may bring to the work.

Employer discovery begins with a de-identified Talent profile.

Another Way to Be Discovered

A resume tells part of your work story. Your Talent profile gives participating Employers additional information to consider when searching for people who may fit their opportunities.

More Than a Traditional Job Search

Your Profile Can Create Another Path to Opportunity

Your de-identified Talent profile can bring together your Behavioral Style, experience, career interests, industry background, qualifications, and work preferences in one place.

Once your profile is approved and active, participating Employers can discover it while searching for Talent who may fit what they need. This means you do not have to rely only on finding every opportunity yourself.

You can continue applying for jobs and exploring opportunities on your own while your Talent profile gives Employers another way to find you.

Your experience still matters. Behavior-first discovery adds another layer of information. It does not replace your skills, qualifications, experience, interviews, or other job-related requirements.

A Broader Path to Discovery

You Your work experience, interests, qualifications, preferences, and behavioral information.
Behavioral Intelligence Adds information about how you may naturally approach work, decisions, people, and workplace situations.
De-Identified Talent Profile Employers review professional and behavioral information without seeing your personal identity during discovery.
Employer Discovery Participating Employers can identify Talent who may be relevant to real employment opportunities.
Your identity remains separate during discovery. You decide whether to respond to an Employer and whether you want to move forward with an opportunity.
